According to Foresight News, Binance announces the acquisition of 100% of Sakura Exchange BitCoin (SEBC), the Japanese-registered crypto exchange service provider, and enters the Japanese market as a Japan Financial Services Agency (JFSA) regulated entity.
Takeshi Chino, general manager of Binance Japan, reveals that Binance will launch an exchange jointly developed with SEBC for Japanese local users in a compliant manner.
