Flex Yang, the former founder of Babel Finance, announced that he is working on $HOPE, a distributed stablecoin backed by crypto-native reserves, with an all-in-one DeFi ecosystem of trading, lending, derivatives, and synthetic asset trading protocols. The project will also launch an incentive and governance token, $LT (Light Token), to encourage ecosystem and governance participation.
