According to Reuters, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Michael Wiles in New York has allowed Voyager to enter into an asset purchase agreement with Binance.US, with creditors voting on the final decision at a future court hearing, Reuters reported. Voyager estimates that the sale will enable customers to recover 51% of the value of their deposits at the time Voyager filed for bankruptcy.
